If one port of the HDMI switch is not lighting up or passing video, try the steps below:
- Unplug all HDMI and power cables, and leave the switch unplugged for fifteen minutes.
- Verify that the HDMI cable is working by testing directly with the TV (without the switch).
- Connect the video device to a different port to see if it works.
