In some cars, the BTC480 may produce a buzzing or hissing sound. This sound is caused by ground-loop issues with the car itself, which can occur when the stereo system and the rest of the car’s electrical system are not grounded to the same level. The noise can be removed by connecting a ground-loop isolator between the BTC480 and the car’s Aux port.
