[ Troubleshooting ] One Input Not Working

If one port of the HDMI switch is not lighting up or passing video, try the steps below:

  1. Unplug all HDMI and power cables, and leave the switch unplugged for fifteen minutes.
  2. Verify that the HDMI cable is working by testing directly with the TV (without the switch).
  3. Connect the video device to a different port to see if it works.
